Behind Loomlabels is a family legacy of advanced manufacturing. Founded in Shanghai in 2000, our factory produces woven labels, printed labels, hangtags and patches for global apparel brands and independent makers — from 100 pieces, with a free digital proof on every order.
A family factory, opened for makers
Our factory was founded by my father in Shanghai in 2000. For decades we have woven and printed labels and hangtags for apparel brands around the world. Today the mission is simple: keep that craftsmanship, and open the same doors for the next generation of creators — independent designers, growing labels, and teams that need factory-direct quality without a black box.
We run production lines with advanced international equipment — including Swiss Müller loom systems, German DORNIER air-jet looms, Heidelberg multicolor presses, and Bobst packaging systems — so precision, consistency and scale stay in one place: our floor.

How we work
Design in the studio, download a brief or contact us. Production begins after you approve a digital proof. Typical turnaround is about 15 business days from approval, with tracked worldwide shipping. Express options unlock on larger runs.
