What we collect

When you email or message us, we receive the information you choose to send — typically name, contact details, artwork and project notes. Design studio drafts stay in your browser’s local storage until you download or share them.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to quote, proof and fulfill custom label, hangtag and patch orders, and to reply to your questions. We do not sell your contact information.

Cookies & analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits (pages viewed, countries, devices and referrers). It is privacy-oriented and does not use advertising cookies for cross-site tracking. You can block analytics scripts in your browser if you prefer.

Retention

We keep project and correspondence records as needed to complete orders and support reorders, then delete or archive them when no longer required.
